Hello, and welcome! 👋

I'm a Program Director and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Monmouth University (Go Hawks!), where I teach graduate courses in educational leadership, education law, higher education, and research methods. I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Educational Policy from the University of Florida (Go Gators! 🐊).

My research explores the intersections of educational leadership, law, public policy, and artificial intelligence. Across my projects, I'm interested in how educational leaders make decisions, navigate legal and policy environments, and create more equitable learning opportunities. Current areas of interest include education law and policy, educational leadership, AI in educational organizations, legal literacy, and educational equity.

I enjoy collaborating with colleagues across institutions and disciplines, particularly on projects that combine rigorous methodology with practical relevance for educational leaders and policymakers. If you're working in one of these areas, I'd be happy to connect.

As my research evolves, I continue to develop new methodological and computational skills, including R, Stata, Python, and AI-assisted research workflows.
